TRURO, N.S. — People will have the opportunity to meet a local author and both the human and canine stars of her most recent book on Saturday, Nov. 9.

Mercedes Blair, author of Hide and Seek with Jazzy and Friends, will be reading from, and signing, the book at The Trail Shop, 59 Inglis Place, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Jazzy the dog and her human sisters, Charleigh and Aria, will also be there.

Books will be available for $15 and come with a free 4x6 print of Jazzy. Those who drop by will also be entered in a draw to win a 2020 calendar, filled with beautiful photos by Blair.

Hide and Seek with Jazzy and Friends allows children to search for the characters in a variety of scenes from across Nova Scotia.
