BIBLE HILL, N.S. — Jackie Putnam is bringing music, colourful outfits and a fun attitude to the Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition (NSPE).

Putnam has created a one woman show where she sings pieces from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, old country, 90s country and rock, and recent hits. She also plays guitar and programs her drum beats.

By the age of 14, Putnam had taught herself how to play guitar and started singing and performing in variety shows.

She went on to perform as a solo artist on stage and on live television shows such as Breakfast Television, Christmas Daddies, and The Down Easter Jamboree.

She has also performed as "Jackie Putnam and Nighthawk" and "Jackie Putnam and Sierra."

She’s currently selecting and recording demos in preparation for recording her new cd, which will be released in 2020.
