TRURO, N.S. — Country music fans enjoyed a magnificent treat this weekend with some of Canada's hottest artists hitting Civic Square.

Charlie Major and his band played a lively and energetic show on Aug. 15, followed by headliner Brett Kissel. Fans turned out in their hundreds to watch the show.

Country Rocks the Hub will be followed by the B Side Hip Hop festival on Aug. 18 from 1 to 5 pm, the Truro BuskerFest on Aug. 21 and the main Rock the Hub festival next weekend. All events form part of Hubfest Truro.
