Business and community leaders from across the province will gather in Truro on Tuesday, May 7, to celebrate innovation at the Planting Seeds summit.
The event will be held at Nova Scotia Community College, Truro Campus, 36 Arthur St., from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Business Minister Geoff MacLellan will speak along with Chief Bob Gloade of Millbrook First Nation; Brennan Gillis, CEO of Truro and Colchester Partnership for Economic Prosperity; Jeff McKinnon, vice-president and chief financial officer of TruLeaf, Bible Hill and Halifax; and, Miriah Kearney, founder and CEO of My Home Apparel, Truro.
