Centre Stage Dancewear is opening Tuesday, offering dancewear and shoes, yoga wear and parkour clothing.
“There’s definitely a need,” said business owner Melissa Paige Webster. “There was nowhere local to get some of the things we’ll carry and if all you need is something like a pair of tights it’s quite a trip to go to Halifax.”
Centre Stage Dancewear will be located in the second storey of 23 Inglis Place, with open hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesday. It will also offer online sales.
