TRURO - Spring weight restrictions for commercial vehicles are scheduled to begin in Colchester County on March 18 at 12:01 a.m.

That is also the scheduled start date for the counties of Cumberland, Pictou, Antigonish, Cape Breton, Guysborough, Inverness, Richmond and Victoria counties.

Restrictions in the counties of Annapolis, Digby, Halifax, Hants, Kings, Lunenburg, Queens, Shelburne and Yarmouth are to begin one week earlier on March 11.
