Rose (Shi Yuhong) Wybenga

Rose (Shi Yuhong) Wybenga, 34 of Shortts Lake, N.S. left us on Jan 2, 2018 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. She leaves behind her loving husband, Peter and adored son Lucian; as well as her mother (Xiuqin Lu), sister (Yujuan Shi), brother-in-law (Wenchen Li), nephew (Yang Li) and many relatives in her home country of China. Also left to grieve are her mother and father-in-law Alice and Milton Wybenga, sister-in-law Alexis Denarde (Brett) and their children (Olivia, Charlie and Adley). Rose was a dedicated wife and loving mother. She had just come to Canada and was in the process of becoming a citizen. She has left us too soon and will be greatly missed! Cremation has taken place, and a private remembrance ceremony has been held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro.
