WENTWORTH, NS
A stolen truck and trailer were used by thieves who took cigarettes from a store in Wentworth.
The theft took place shortly before 3 a.m. on December 28 and the suspects left in two vehicles.
One of the vehicles was a Chev truck hauling a black, enclosed dual axel trailer with a company name on side. They had been stolen in two separate incidents in the Halifax area earlier that night. The truck and trailer were seen in the Oxford area shortly after the cigarette theft.
The second vehicle was described as a crossover SUV or car.
