Teen charged for driving more than twice the speed limit in Head of Jeddore

HEAD OF JEDDORE, NS - A 19-year-old man was charged with stunting after his vehicle was clocked at 147 km/hr in a 70 km/hr zone.

Halifax District RCMP stopped the vehicle shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30, on Highway 7.

The driver’s license was suspended for seven days and his vehicle was seized. The fine for stunting in Nova Scotia is $2,422.50.
