TRURO, N.S. – A Stewiacke man who pled guilty to failing the breathalyzer has had his driving privileges revoked for one year.

Kevin MacPhee, 55, of Edgewood Drive, was also fined $1,300. He was charged Dec. 31 in Stewiacke.
