SHUBENACADIE, NS

A man has been charged for driving a motorcycle 100 kilometres an hour over the limit near Shubenacadie.

On May 5, members of RCMP Northwest Traffic Services clocked a motorcycle travelling at 210 km/h in a 110 km/h zone on Highway 102.

The 27-year-old rider, from Dartmouth, was charged with stunting, his licence was suspended immediately and the motorcycle was seized and impounded. The fine for stunting in Nova Scotia is $2,422.50,
