Colchester RCMP investigate damage to golf course

BRULE POINT – Unknown vandals have caused tens of thousands of dollars in damages to the Brule Point Golf Course by spreading contaminants or chemicals over the putting greens and tee boxes.

The Colchester District RCMP said more than 25,000 sq. ft. of putting greens and 7,000 sq. ft. of tee boxes were damaged at the course between June 20 and July 16.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Colchester RCMP at 902-893-6820 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
