Plenty of Pets

Dot is a Maltese Terrier mix who is about 11 years old.

She’s recently been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and had a lumpectomy on her tummy, so she’s now feeling great and ready for her forever home.

Dot is visually impaired, but does see shapes and shadows. Her hearing isn’t as good as it was when she was young either.

She loves to go for walks and car rides, or lay on a chair or sofa in the sun.

Dot should go to a home where there are no children in residence or visiting. She gets along with small dogs, but her foster family isn’t sure about what she thinks of large ones.

When she first arrived at her foster home, she was nervous and would sometimes growl and give a little snap, but she soon learned to love the people who were caring for her, and enjoys snuggling. She may still growl if someone gets too close to her food.

A life with someone who is home a lot would be ideal for Dot.

For more information on Dot visit Animal Rescue Coalition’s website or Facebook page or email [email protected].
