This morning was a reminder that winter isn’t over yet.

There was a little more snow that most people were expecting, and roads were snowy and slushy.

It was -1C at 6:30 a.m., and today’s high will be around 4C, with a few showers or flurries, dropping to -4C tonight.

Tomorrow will be mainly sunny, with a high around 4C, and an overnight low of -6C.

Plenty of Pets

Hawk is a six-year-old Lab mix who is full of love and energy. He loves to go for walks and play with squeaky toys.

He would do best in a home where children aren’t too small, as he is very active.

Hank can be seen at the Colchester SPCA. For more information call 902-893-7968.

The tidal bore will be coming in today at 8:25 a.m. and 9:07 p.m.
