Plenty of Pets

Smokey is a big (130 pound) lovable Saint Bernard.

He is four years old, neutered, vaccinated and has great house and leash manners. He loves lounging around home, going for walks and playing outdoors.

He knows basic commands and travels well in a car. He ignores the cat that he is fostered with and didn’t mind his visit to the groomer or vet.

He has lived with, and is in a foster with, young children. There is also another dog in his foster home, and they get along fine.

Proper introduction to other dogs is important with Smokey, as he can be reactive to some dogs, especially those that he considers to be rude (barking, fast approach etc).

Smokey needs a forever home with people who have large breed experience, and where he won’t be left alone for long periods of time. He also requires a fenced yard and continued obedience work through positive reinforcement training.
