RCMP investigating break and enters in Bible Hill, Belmont

BIBLE HILL – Nothing was stolen in two break and enters in Colchester County this week.

On July 28, the Colchester RCMP responded to a 911 call at the Special Hazards Response Unit building on Pictou Road. It was just after 11 p.m. when RCMP responded and noted that a main door had been left open and phone left off the hook.

No items were reported missing or stolen.

It’s believed the break and enter occurred between 9 and 11 p.m. that same evening.

At approximately 12:30 a.m. July 29, the RCMP responded to a break and enter into a residence on Belmont Road.

Entry appeared to be gained into the residence through a window.

Again, nothing appeared to be missing or stolen.
