Prison sentence ordered for aggravated assault and B&E conviction

TRURO – A Truro man who pled guilty to break, enter, theft and aggravated assault was handed a three-year federal sentence in provincial court Tuesday.

Colby Jollimore, 28, of 125 Arthur St., Apt. 13, was also recommended at “the earliest possible opportunity” to receive psychiatric assessment and addiction services counselling.

Sentencing instructions also include a 10-year firearms ban and that he provide a DNA sample.
