BIBLE HILL – A 24-year-old Truro man has been arrested in connection with a robbery here last week.

Nathaniel Brown has been charged with robbing the Ultramar on Main Street in Bible Hill on Jan. 19. He was arrested on Thursday and is expected to appear in Truro provincial court on Monday.

At approximately 10:55 p.m. Jan. 19, a lone male entered the Ultramar and asked the clerk to change a $5 bill. When the clerk opened the register, the male advised the clerk he had a weapon and that he was robbing them.

The suspect obtained some cash and fled on foot into the Town of Truro. The employee was not injured.
