HALIFAX, N.S. – A 17-year-old Hammonds Plains man was killed Friday morning in a single-vehicle crash.
He was a passenger in a car that rolled over into a ditch on Rochester Drive at 9:15 a.m., RCMP said in a news release Friday afternoon.
The male driver, also 17, was arrested at the scene for dangerous driving. He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Rochester Drive was closed to traffic while an RCMP collision analyst investigated the crash scene.
