There’s a wind warning and a winter storm watch in effect.

Power outages are expected and driving will be hazardous later today and tonight.

It was -2C at 6:30 a.m., and today’s high will be around 1C, with snow and blowing snow beginning this afternoon. Snow, at times heavy, will continue during the night, and may be mixed with rain, with the temperature around 0C. Gusts of 70-90 km/h are likely, with some of 110 km/h along parts of the coast tonight.

Wednesday will include rain or snow, with a high around 3C, dropping to -1C, with a 60% chance of flurries overnight.
