Fashion show in support of breast cancer group

BIBLE HILL – A fashion show will be held in Bible Hill tonight to create awareness of a local breast cancer support group.
Hope Chest Breast Cancer Support Group has been in Truro for about 10 years and meets monthly. It offers a safe place for breast cancer victims to share their experience.
The fashion show takes place at St. David’s United Church on Pictou Road at 7 p.m. Gospel singer Bonnie Ashley from Milford Station, also a breast cancer survivor, will provide entertainment. Seven members of the support group will present a variety of styles during the fashion show.
