Hubtown Crane Service Cyclones lose twice in girls midget hockey

TRURO – The Colchester Hubtown Crane Service Cyclones dropped a pair of weekend Nova Scotia Midget Female Hockey League meetings to the Pictou County Subway Selects.
The Cyclones were beaten 5-2 in Game 2 after getting nipped 3-2.
Maria Rutherford and Marlee Coldwell did the Colchester scoring in the second game while Kayla Gallagher kicked out 25 shots.
Kaleigh Queripel and Alexandra Munroe claimed the Cyclones’ markers in Game 1. Queripel had the lone assist and Gallagher made 18 saves.
