Just like the weather being up and down, so too was my week.
I’m feeling a little lazy and my hands still hurt. One more week of a half steroid then maybe my hands will get some normalcy back.
I still get dizzy if I look up or if I pick up something, and it's hard to believe that it’s chemo week again. It seems like it’s just over then its time for another shot.
Also, I'm not doing too good on my weight challenge. My daughter is doing great but not me while I’m on these steroids. I’m at 150.4.
In addition, I’d say pain-wise, it’s 10 in my hands and about six everywhere else.
Tired? I am all the time.
The other thing to update you on is that I have to get radiation done on my back because it is hard to sit now.
I also recently went to a healing touch session, so I’m hoping for good things.
Something to remember is that it’s flu season and many of us don’t think to change our toothbrush. That should be done on a regular basis anyway.
Speaking of oral health and eating, we are constantly being told what to eat and what not to eat. I’m hearing now that to help reduce blood sugar you should eat blueberries, lentils and cinnamon.
Thank you for all the gifts, cards, good vibes and prayers. They mean so much to me. Have a great week!
