Elks come back from two goals down to beat Royals in junior B hockey

TRURO - The Brookfield Elks erased a two-goal deficit to beat the Windsor Royals 4-2 Tuesday in the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League.
The win improves the Elks to 13-5-5 for 31 points while the Royals fall to 9-13-1.
Tom Whidden led the charge with a pair of goals for the Elks while single tallies came from Darcy Gillis and Jimmy Scullion.
Jacob Curry collected the win.
The Elks trailed 2-0 after the first period and 2-1 after 40 minutes.
Claude LaMothe and Tyler McGowan scored for Windsor.
