SCA Wolves girls soccer team registers first win of season

BROOKFIELD - The South Colchester Academy Wolves collected their first win of the Northumberland Region Division 2 girls soccer season by nipping the Amherst Vikettes 4-3.
The win improves SCA's league record to 1-1. The Wolves built a 3-0 lead by the half and held off a late Amherst surge.
Natasha MacKay led the charge with a pair of goals while Paula Serracin and Sarah Sears rounded out the scoring. Ally Campbell recorded the win in goal.
The Wolves are back in action tonight when they face the Cobequid Cougars in an exhibition match at 8 p.m at the NSAC Field.
