Cathy's Cup ski race at Wentworth tomorrow

WENTWORTH - The Fourth Annual Cathy's Cup ski race will be held at Ski Wentworth Saturday.
The race is held in honour of Cathy Fitzpatrick, who died of cancer in September 2004.
Skiers and snow boarders of all ages and abilities are welcome to enter.
Registration is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and the race kicks off at noon.
The entry fee is $10, which includes a special souvenir scarf provided by Fitzpatrick's friends, the Snook family.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the To Our Health Capital Campaign for the new Colchester Regional Hospital.
There will also be a barbecue with $1 from each sale going to the charity.
Michael Eisener, who has grown his hair for a year, will allow the person with the highest pledge to the Canadian Cancer Society to shave his head.
The fastest male and female skiers will have their names engraved on Cathy's Cup, which is on display in the lodge.
Medals will be presented to the youngest skiers and boarders who win each category, while prizes will be given to the others. The fastest female over 40 will receive a gold bracelet and there is also a trophy for the woman who beats her husband by the widest margin.
There will be several prize draws following the race including a snowboard and bindings, crystal, gift certificates, clothing and crafts.
