TRURO – The humidity and uncertain weather conditions have postponed the first week of the Nova Scotia School Athletic Federation Football League.
The Cobequid Cougars were to travel to Bedford Friday to play the C.P. Allen Cheetahs when they were notified the game was being postponed due to the humidity. Games were cancelled on Thursday for the same reason. The league also postponed the rest of Week 1 due to the pending storm.
The games will now be added to the end of the regular season, meaning the Cougars last regular season game will be played Nov. 7 as opposed to Nov. 1.
