Post Time: 1:30 p.m.
Race 1 – Business Time got beat by a head last week after a he was parked to the quarter in 29.2. He should get there a little easier this week and have some left in the tank at the wire.
Race 2 – I don’t want to put a jinx on him this week but Majestic Reins B has the most back-class of any horse in this race. He should be off the front and will just have to fend off Majian Wizard.
Race 3 – Just Blue Bayou raced well after getting a pocket trip last week, may have to come a little further this week but shows the best times in this class.
Race 4 – I got stung by Stoveonfire last week; he made a first-over move which didn’t pan out. He should get some more cover this week and reach the winner’s circle.
Race 5 – Longn Winding Road gets the inside post. This likely means Paul will rush to the lead and hope that no one can catch him.
Race 6 – Lady Mccardle is one of the most consistent performing horses at Truro Raceway and Dave Carey always puts her in a position where she can win.
Race 7 – I don’t know what it is about Galamoe but I always feel compelled to bet on her. One of these days she will cash in!
Race 8 – SF Razamatazz comes back after a couple of weeks off and looks to be the best in here. Having said that, he can be inconsistent. The same cannot be said for Sock It To Em lately.
Race 9 – I don’t know much about the invader from Inverness, Jacobs Jackpot. Neigh Monster got a little tired last week after he was pressured almost the entire mile. He may get an easier trip this week.
Race 10 – There are at least three horses in here that perform their best when they are sent to the front; the problem is that not all of them can be there at once. This will set up nicely for a horse who can come from off the pace – Emerging Market.
Longshot with a chance – Fedora, Race 4
Safe Bet of the day – Lady Mccardle, Race 6
