Playoff hopes on the line for Rams volleyball women this weekend

BIBLE HILL – The Dalhousie Rams’ playoff hopes hinge on this weekend.

The Rams (6-10) wrap up their ACAA women’s volleyball regular season schedule as they host the St. Thomas Tommies (10-2) Saturday at 4:30 p.m. before the Saint John Seawolves (9-12) visit Langille Athletic Centre Sunday at 2 p.m.

A pair of wins could lift the Rams into a tie for third spot in the conference with the Mount Allison Mounties (8-8). The Rams enter the weekend knotted with the Seawolves and Sainte-Anne Dragons (6-10) for the fourth and final playoff spot.

The conference championship is slated for Feb. 22 to 24 at Sainte-Anne.
