Maggie's Place bonspiel features fun changes

TRURO – Maggie’s Place is adding a twist to it’s sixth annual fundraising curling bonspiel later this month.

The event, which is set for Jan. 26 at Truro Curling Club, is receiving a new ‘funspiel’ tag and will feature some wacky rules and lots of fun.

The event will also feature prizes, a silent auction and a hot lunch will be provided.

The cost to register is $200 per team or $50 per player.
