Cougars looking for more teams for soccerthon

TRURO – The Cobequid Cougars boys soccer team is looking for more teams to take part in its ‘soccerthon’ Saturday at the former Vocational School gymnasium.

The Cougars are inviting area teams to play against them in 40-minute matches in a for-fun format. The cost per team is $40. Matches will be played from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The Cougars are hoping for 15 teams and 10 have currently signed up.
