DEBERT - The Countryfied Clothing West Colchester Cobras edged Thorburn 3-2 in the peewee B division final to capture the Harrison's Minor Hockey Tournament title.
Ryan Miller, Zack Betts and Drew Mumford scored in the championship game and Thomas Peters, Daniel Ferdinand and Kobe Nicholas had assists.
The Cobras advanced to final after a 7-3 victory over Parrsboro in a semifinal game.
Dylan MacDonald, Nicholas and Mumford each scored a pair of goals in the win, while Ferdinand added a single marker.
Declan Hearn, Mumford, Ethan Dawson, Ryan Higgins, Betts, Keegan Grady, Dylan Tucker and Miller picked up the assists.
The Cobras posted a 1-1 record in preliminary play, as they shut out Parrsboro 3-0 and lost 3-2 to Thorburn.
In the win over Parrsboro, Dawson, Ferdinand and MacDonald scored, while MacDonald and Hearn had helpers.
In the loss, Nicholas scored both West Colchester goals and Ferdinand and Austin Gilbert had assists.
Luc Maloney and Aiden Perry shared the goaltending duties throughout the tournament.
