TRURO - The Truro Wendy's Bearcats split their recent home-and-home series with the New Brunswick-based Sackville Rangers.

The Bearcats were topped 3-1 in Game 2 after opening with a 4-3 victory on the road.

Hayden Boutilier had the lone Truro marker in Game 2 while Cole Dodsworth and Parker Gilby assisted. Bret Hazelton was in the net.

In Game 1, Chance Sylliboy, Justin Ferguson, Tyler Dunlevy and Dodsworth all scored for Truro. Bailey Ferguson was the winning goaltender.
