Crescent Cab Bearcats win, draw in midget A hockey

TRURO - The Truro Crescent Cab Bearcats went undefeated in their most recent pair of midget A hockey contests with the Sackville Flyers.

The Bearcats battled to a 3-3 draw in Game 2 after opening with a 5-0 win.

Darren canton scored twice in game 2 while Jerrett Pratt notched the other tally. Keigan Thorpe made 29 saves.

Ryan Chambers potted a hat trick in game 1 while Canton and Taylor Daigle also scored. Nathan Hurlburt posted the shutout with 15 saves.
