CEC soccer teams chasing regional crowns

TRURO - The Cobequid Cougars will play for the Nova Scotia School Athletic Federation Northumberland region girls soccer title today.

The Cougars will host the Dr. J.H. Gillis Royals at CEC Field for a 4 p.m. start.

Meanwhile, the CEC boys team begins its quest for a regional title tonight.

The Cougars are in Antigonish to play the Dr. J.H. Gillis Royals in Game 1 of a two-game, total -goal series.

The teams meet on Thursday at 4 p.m. at CEC Field.
