Scammell to skate with Under-15s at Atlantic Challenge Cup

TRURO - A Colchester County resident will lace up her skates with Nova Scotia's Under-15 team at the Atlantic Challenge Cup on Thanksgiving in Moncton.

Julia Scammell, a 13-year-old Murray Siding resident, was the only Colchester resident to make the team.

Scammell is a defenceman with the bantam Colchester Cyclones and skated last season with the Truro Bearcats peewee AAA club.

Games from the tournament will be streamed live on the Bell Aliant website.
