Huskies, Patriotes ready to do battle tonight in Truro

TRURO - The Saint Mary's Huskies and University of Quebec Trois-Rivieres (UQTR) Patriotes meet tonight at Colchester Legion Stadium for a CIS exhibition hockey game.

Puck drop is at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 and are available at MacQuarries Pharmasave or at the door. Proceeds from the game go to Truro minor hockey.

The Huskies and Patriotes are traditionally among the top 10 each year in the CIS rankings and faced off against each other in Truro last year for a fundraising tilt.

The Huskies will also take on the Toronto Varsity Blues in Truro Dec. 30.
