MacLeod down south for blind golf tournament

TRURO - Truro's Brian MacLeod is in Lexington, Kentucky this weekend for the Kentucky Bluegrass Regional blind golf tournament.

MacLeod, who competes in the B1 Division (totally blind), will tee off on Sunday for the opening round of the 36-hole event.

MacLeod enters the tournament after a third-place finish at the Canadian Open championship earlier this summer at Mountain Golf and Country Club. A few days later, a back injury forced him to withdraw from the world championship at Truro Golf Club.
