TRURO - You couldn't blame Drew Bezanson for wanting to go back to Poland.
The 23-year-old Onslow Mountain native recently won the Baltic Games in Gdansk in his first visit to the country. Bezanson topped the leaderboard ahead of Harry Main and Daniel Dhers.
Bezanson, who now lives in California, highlighted his victory with a truckdriver drop 15 feet into the arena.
The win is Bezanson's third of 2012 after victories at Simpel Session and the Toronto BMX Jam. He also placed finished on the podium at the Red Bull Empire of Dirt and came home fifth at the X Games in Los Angeles.
Bezanson is scheduled to compete in the second stop of the Dew Tour in San Francisco in October and will take part in a new event called Downhill Streets at the competition.
