Icemen, Diamond Doggs split men's slo-pitch doubleheader

TRURO - The Iceman Air Conditioning Icemen and Diamond Doggs split their recent doubleheader in the Bud Light Truro Men's Slo-Pitch League.

The Icemen took Game 2 17-3 after the Diamond Doggs drew first blood 9-8.

Barry Pettis, Scott Bird and Matt Roode were all 3-for-3 for the Icemen in Game 2.

Pettis went 3-for-4 in the opener while Aaron Taylor blasted a home run.
