TRURO - Stewiacke's Frankie Fraser crossed the line 24th Sunday in the Lockhart Truck Centre 100 at Scotia Speedworld in Elmsdale.

Round 3 of the Parts For Trucks Pro Stock Tour was pushed to Sunday after wet weather made running impossible Saturday, washing out qualifying. Cars were started according to points.

The result leaves Fraser, a rookie on the circuit after graduating from the Sportsman ranks last season, 15th in the points standings with 678.

Fredericton's Shawn Tucker won the race and moved into the points lead with 762. The victory gives Tucker a five-point cushion over Enfield's Shawn Turple, who finished fourth.

Antigonish resident Donald Chisholm, who missed out on the checkers a week earlier on home soil, finished second Sunday while Halifax's John Flemming was third.
