Rams fall to Blue Devils in ACAA women's basketball

TRURO - The NSAC Rams didn't feel very welcome Wednesday at the University of Kings College.

The Rams were defeated 79-42 by the Blue Devils in ACAA women's basketball, dropping the NSAC to 1-12 this season to remain in a tie for seventh in the eight-team conference with the Crandall Chargers (1-7).

Felicia Gero led the Rams with 14 points while Jennifer Lutes drained 11 and Nicole Cox collected eight. Hillary Hopper nabbed a game-high 13 rebounds.

Breagh Moore power Kings with 23 points and 11 rebounds.

The same matchup was also played on the men's side. Results of that contest were unavailable at press time.
