Police Association, Maritime all-stars to face off in Truro

TRURO – Colchester Legion Stadium will be the scene of an all-star battle next week.

The Police Association of Nova Scotia All-Stars are coming to Truro to take on the Maritime All-Stars in an annual benefit hockey game March 17. The contest features several former NHL and pro hockey players from the Maritimes as Malcolm ‘Mac’ Davis and former media personality Gair Maxwell.

The game is set for 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 or four for $30 and proceeds go to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colchester County, the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Cops for Cancer program. For more information call 1-800-890-4090.
