Wallace teen to appear on recognizance breach, weapons charges

TRURO - A 17-year-old Wallace boy arrested on Tuesday following a disturbance in Victoria Park is set to appear in court Wednesday morning.

Police responded to the park at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday for a possible fight.

From the investigation, two males and a female were arrested. A firearm was recovered from a vehicle and it was determined to belong to the female.

The Wallace teen is facing charges of breaching a recognizance and weapons offences.

Also arrested was a 20-year-old male and a 17-year-old female from Upper Tantallion. The female has been released while the male is being held pending further investigation.
