Prices jump just before the long weekend when people will be travelling for a holiday. Not surprising.

Would someone PLEASE tell me, and others, WHY gas prices are different across Nova Scotia? Gas is MORE expensive in out-lying areas, for example, Truro, when the gas truck goes right by us to go to Halifax. Today I now see that some stations in Truro are 2 cents cheaper than others, also in Truro. I REALLY thought the gas fixing..(err ....pricing ), my mistake, was supposed to UNIFORM prices in Nova Scotia, not selected areas as in Halifax, and as far as I know, all the way to Shubenacadie to the north, and heaven knows about East and West .
