Causing disturbance leads to probation for Millbrook man

TRURO – A Millbrook man who pled guilty to causing a disturbance by shouting, was this week given a suspended sentence and placed on probation for nine months.

Paul Alan Kellock, 21, of 880 Willow Lane, also pled guilty to communicating with Edward Phillips, after previously being ordered by the court not to have any communication with the man.

During the first four months of his probation period Kellock is to adhere to a curfew from 10 p.m. to six a.m. and for the remaining months he will be under a daily curfew from midnight to six a.m.

Kellock must also refrain from consuming or using alcohol or illicit drugs and must successfully take counselling for alcohol consumption, drug use and anger management.
