Portion of Cobequid Pass being shut down Friday as police investigate crash

TRURO – The investigation of a collision on Highway 104 will close a portion of the Cobequid Pass in the eastbound lane on Friday at 10 a.m.

RCMP will investigate a collision that occurred on Monday between a tractor-trailer and a van. A six-year-old girl died in the crash.

Traffic will be detoured at Exit 7, Thomson Station, onto Trunk 4 through Folly Mountain.

The closure is expected to last about two hours.
