TRURO - The Chignecto-Central Regional School Board’s (CCRSB) Teen Reader’s Choice Award is back for its third year.

The award program, facilitated by CCRSB Library Services, invites students in grades 7 to 12 to read at least one book from the Top 10 and then to vote for their favourite to be crowned the winner.

“The Teen Reader’s Choice Award encourages students to read, discuss, and vote for some of the best young adult fiction recently published,” said Jolene Shaw, CCRSB library services manager, in a news release. “The shortlist of 10 titles selected by CCRSB library services staff represents a wide variety of genres and will introduce students to a broad range of young adult fiction authors.”
