Identity of Dartmouth homicide victim released

The RCMP Integrated Major Crime Unit is releasing the name of the man who was found dead at Oakfield Provincial Park.
 

Matthew Anthony Penny, 26, of Dartmouth, has been identified as the victim of a homicide.   The matter remains under investigation. Penny's body was found early New Year's Day morning at the Oakfield Provincial Park.
