The second-degree murder trial for Barbara Elizabeth Marshall, who is charged in the death of Truro's Ben Hare, is scheduled to begin Sept. 8, 2014.
The trial for Barbara Elizabeth Marshall, 25, is scheduled to conclude next Oct. 3. Trial dates were set in Nova Scotia Supreme Court in Truro Tuesday morning during a brief preliminary inquiry.
Hare was 26 when he was killed during an early morning brawl July 2010 on Lyman Street.
Dustan Preeper, Marshall's boyfriend at the time of the alleged murder, is also charged with second-degree murder in the case.
